So yesterday I was surprised that I didn’t see Piglet and Pooh out running around the campground because it was definitely a Blustery Day. It went from a light drizzle to torrential downpour to just raining then back to downpour. We got the trailer unhitched from the truck and completely level.
We had to go out and fill up one of our propane tanks, get a salad for supper and find some coax cable to hook up the TV so Len can get his news fix. So we went out to explore the town. We picked up all our items and got a few pictures of the waves on the rocks. Not as clear as I would like them to be but I only had my phone with me and the wind was blowing quite a bit, so a little blurry.
After our little exploration we came back to the trailer, got set up and had popcorn and watched the new Enola Holmes movie on Netflix. I highly recommend this movie, and the first one as well if you haven’t seen it yet. Something you can watch with the whole family.
Our fridge is still not working so we bought some ice and have turned it into an Icebox right now. I did manage to get hold of a mobile mechanic so hopefully he can make it here today and we can get it fixed. I think today in the rain we will get the rest of the trailer set up. I have a few storage things I have to secure and probably find the showers. We haven’t really done much traveling in this unit and we have to work at getting it set up for extended stays.
