Day Number Three

Well today was a lazy day, after two days of travel we decided to take it easy. We went for a walk around town, explored a bit and did a bit of shopping. We walked out onto the promanade in front of the resort.

 

Of course we had to check out the outlet stores, not a lot to see but I did manage to find some deals on clothes for the grandkids.

 

After our walk in the sunshine and fresh air we came back to the Condo to see someone flying a kite out on the beach. It was huge; they had to anchor it into the beach.

 

 

Once we were back in the room we decided that it was time for a nap. I love being on vacation. We decided to have a chicken for dinner, so we had to buy an aluminum pan to do the roasting, wasn’t a big enough pot to cook a Hutterite chicken. Len did an excellent of cooking it; we also had mashed potatoes and salad. Tomorrow we have to go to an owner update but they feeding us breakfast and we will probably get some other gift. I wanted to learn more about how to book through RCI because we want to go to Sedona next year, so hopefully they can help us. They will probably try to sell us some more shares but we don’t need any more right now. Hopefully we can get out of there in about an hour. We are looking at heading up to Astoria tomorrow and maybe do a little geocaching.
